Thank you for your interest in being a Vendor at the Elevation NOW…The Gathering, which will be held at the beautiful Doubletree by Hilton Hotel at Campbell Center, Dallas, Texas, October 27-28, 2023.  We anticipate a sold out event filled with individuals from all walks of life across the country to attend this awe inspiring event.

 

We are expecting a wide variety of unique and exciting items that will intrigue and spark conversation among our attendees. This is a wonderful opportunity to reach a large number of attendees in a unique space for progressive women and allies at the intersection of empowerment, self-care,  and lifestyle.   Whether you’re a nonprofit or small business, we invite you to submit an application to be selected as a vendor. 

Even though we'd love to include everyone, space is limited and our selection process will prioritize curating a diverse selection of both products and shops. Our team will review all applications and contact you with our decision.

  • Nonprofit Vendors: Nonprofits or social organizations that wish to attend are invited to fill out our vendor application below. Nonprofit booths will cost $75.00 — nonprofit vendor tables are reserved for nonprofits or organizations that wish to engage with convention attendees and will not be selling merchandise.

  • Merchandise Vendors:  This is an ideal opportunity to showcase and sell your amazing products! Sell on-site or take pre-orders. The goal is for you to get maximum exposure and generate revenue that causes your business to ELEVATE!  The investment for Merchandise vendor tables is $100.00.

We are actively seeking submissions for the following types of vendors:

  • Apparel

  • Candles

  • Fragrances

  • Cosmetics (makeup)

  • Chair massages

  • Accessories

  • Handbags

  • Shoes

  • Other items will be considered 

Each vendor table will be:

 

  • (1) 6ft x 3ft table that will already be draped (feel free to add your own branding table runner)

  • (2) chairs

  • (1) Power strip.

 

Additional items, including additional power, can be purchased directly from the hotel. The Gathering Conference strives to be accessible to women and allies regardless of economic barriers whether you’re a participant or a vendor. If the listed cost for a booth is not accessible for you, we invite you to still complete the vendor application below and let us know directly on the form. A member of our team will be in contact shortly after your form is submitted!
